Registration is closed.
Join us for the 1st ever Carl Sagan Day 5k Fun Run and Kids 2k. Billions and Billions of Nanometers. The 5k race rounds out a weekend of activities that celebrate the work of astronomer and science advocate Carl Sagan. The course runs through Broward College's Davie Campus, with post-race refreshments in the courtyard near the Buehler Planetarium and Observatory. T-Shirts are guaranteed for the first 50 registrants for the 5k.

Proceeds to benefit science education in South Florida schools. Donation bins will be accepting your old running shoes for donation to charity. Please visit our website to see all our planned events, such as lectures and presentations by noted astronomers, skeptics, and science advocates, activities for kids, and stargazing in the evening at Broward College's. Volunteers are always welcome! Please contact us if you'd like to help.
