Itinerary and Trip Inclusions
Trip includes round-trip airfare from Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA to Quito, Ecuador; two nights in a hotel in Quito; ground transfers; Galapagos permit and
cabin for four nights on the "Galapagos Legend", which includes buffet meals.
Wed. May 6, 2009: Fly from Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA to Quito, Ecuador. One night in hotel in Quito.
Thur. May 7: Fly from Quito to Baltra and board the “Galapagos Legend”. Stop at Bartolome Island.
Fri. May 8: Stop at Urbina Bay at Isabela Island and Espinosa Point on Fernandino Island.
Sat. May 9, Stop at Egas Port at Santiago Island and Jervis on Rabida Island
Sun. May10, Visit the Charles Darwin Research Station on Santa Cruz Island, followed by a Highlands Trek.
Mon. May 11, Stop at Bachas Beach at Santa Cruz Island. Return to Baltra's Airport and fly to Quito. Second night in hotel in Quito.
Tue. May 12, Fly back to Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA.
Tickets are only available online through Paypal and will be
monitored daily.
The contest will close when all tickets are sold or at the drawing on Darwin Day 09.
All late submissions will be refunded.
Contest may end at anytime before Darwin Day 09 if all tickets are sold.
Drawing will be held live at Darwin Day on February 7, 2009 and recorded in front of witnesses.
You do not have to be present at Darwin Day to win.
Winner will be notified by email.
Contest open to any adult, age 18 or older.
Not limited to US residents
Board members of FLASH are not eligible to participate.
There is no limit on the number of tickets one person may purchase.
Due to reservation limitations, dates cannot be changed.
Trip includes air travel from either Los Angeles, CA or Miami, FL to Quito, Ecuador. If the winner lives outside of either of these cities, he/she is responsible for getting to one or the other.
